Online Refund Policy

We will happily accept a return for an exchange or a store credit. 

Online returned items must be received within 15 days.

Your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. We will also need a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

Bridal Shoes Return Policy:

Unfortunately, We do not accept return or refund for any bridal shoes orders as those are strictly ordered for you personally. We are happy to exchange for size or style (price difference applicable). 

We cannot accept returns on:  

• Sale Items are final sale
• Gift Cards
• Accessories
• Purses
• Bridal Shoes
• Worn or used shoes

Returning any items, instructions on how and where to send your package will be on your invoice. Items sent back to us outside the 15-day policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
